To secure your appointment and reserve the time and resources required for your service, we require a non-refundable booking fee equivalent to the cost of hair. Once paid, there are no refunds or exchanges. The booking fee will be applied to the overall balance of your service and is not an additional fee. The amount will be determined at your consultation—the fee due at the time of booking your reservation and the remaining balance due the date of service.
We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. Because services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
As a courtesy to our stylists and guests, we ask that you provide at least a 24-hour notice for any cancellation. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the services booked, or the forfeiture of your booking fee. This will not be applied toward future services and a new booking fee will be required to reschedule.

All no-show appointments will be charged for the entire amount of the service and must be paid in full prior to scheduling future appointments.
If you arrive late to the appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your service. To ensure the timeliness of all reservations, we reserve the right to reschedule any booking that is more than 15 minutes late. Cancellations due to late arrival will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Because we cannot guarantee the integrity of any other hair extension brand or manufacturer, we do not install extension hair that was not purchased by us.
Mixed Hair + Extensions accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash for payment of services and products. We do not accept checks.
We offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of the installation date. Adjustments after 7 days is considered maintenance and will be scheduled and charged as a reinstall service.
Because of the artistic nature of our services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
